Physical Examination • The main physical finding is a sore or rash on the penis that may be inflamed. It will erode and destroy the penis if not treated early. • There may be swelling in the groin from inflamed lymph nodes or from nodes involved with cancer. Imaging • CT scan , chest x-ray and bone, liver and lymph node scans (lymphangiogram) are used to discover if there is spread once a cancer is confirmed on biopsy .
